1) Eligibility for Returns

Return window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order (or within the timeframe required by your local law).

Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging (when applicable).

Proof of purchase: Order number or proof of purchase is required.
We may refuse returns if items show signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts/accessories not due to our error.

3) How to Start a Return

If approved, we will provide return instructions.
4) Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong/defective/damaged item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

6) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at storenayoshi@gmail.com with photos. We will assess and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.
7) Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you. If approved:

8) Exchanges
Exchanges may be available depending on stock. Contact storenayoshi@gmail.com to request an exchange.
9) Order Cancellations

10) EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal (Optional Clause)
