This Shipping Policy explains how Nayoshi processes and ships orders.

1) Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days] after payment confirmation. Processing time is separate from delivery time.

2) Estimated Delivery Time (Up to 14 Days)

Estimated delivery time is up to 14 days after the order is shipped. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier performance, peak seasons, and customs (if applicable).

3) Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. If free shipping is offered, it will be displayed at checkout and may depend on destination or minimum order value.

4) Tracking

If tracking is available, we will provide a tracking number via email and/or in your order details. Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.

5) Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, refusal, or failure to collect:

  • We may reship it (customer covers reshipping costs), or

  • Refund the order minus shipping/handling costs (if applicable)

6) Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays outside our control (carrier disruptions, weather, customs, strikes, etc.). If delayed beyond the estimate, contact us and we’ll assist.

7) Damaged Packages / Items

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and item(s) at storenayoshi@gmail.com.

8) Customs, Duties & Taxes (If Applicable)

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. Unless stated otherwise, these fees are the customer’s responsibility.
